How much do I pay for 4G Voice?
Calls made using 4G or VoLTE are deducted from the bundled minutes from your plan. Excess talktime will be charged at 18.19 cents per minute for Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, SIM-only Plan and Plan with
Device. All other eligible data bundled plans will be charged at 16.05 cents per minute.

Yes, depending on your device, you may select “VoLTE” under device settings to turn on/off 4G Voice.
How do I know when I am making a call using 4G Voice?
Your device will display a “4G” icon during a call made using 4G Voice.
What happens to my 4G Voice call when my device switches from 4G to 3G?
You will continue to enjoy higher quality voice call seamlessly even when your device switches from 4G to 3G, without interrupting the conversation.
Can I make calls using 4G Voice when roaming?
No, calls made using 4G Voice are not available while roaming.
