- Eligible customers are entitled to the following local data bundle for the respective top-ups:

- Upon the expiry date of the Promotion local data bundle, any remaining or unused data balance will be forfeited, and/or subject to M1 Prepaid SIM validity, whichever comes first.
- Any local data usage in excess of the Promotion local data bundle will be charged at 0.7¢/KB in blocks of 10KB and will be deducted from your available balances accordingly.
- The Promotion local data bundle is available for use on foreign preferred network in Malaysia (Celcom), Indonesia (Indosat / XL Axiata), Taiwan (Chunghwa Telecom), Hong Kong and Macau (SmarTone). Excess data usages and data roaming usages on all other foreign networks will be charged at prevailing data roaming rates and deducted from the available balances eligible for roaming usage accordingly.
- M1 will not, in any circumstances, entertain any claim for a refund pertaining to the Promotion local data bundle.
- M1 is not responsible for corruption or removal of any files or documents due to the use of the Promotion local data bundle.
- M1 reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice.
